Enter your email addressWe want to get our business bookkeeping done. What papers do we need to bring you?
Must do’s before delivering us your papers
Which papers to bring? We classify business papers by extent of importance. Most important (MI) papers include: bank and credit card statements of accounts mostly used for business; corresponding cancelled checks and deposit slips; and customer invoices and check stubs. Very important (VI) papers include: bank and credit card statements of accounts rarely used for business; corresponding cancelled checks and deposit slips and government correspondence. Important papers include: your check stubs and vendor bills. For excellent bookkeeping, bring us all, not just MI papers. Some of our customers deliver us minimal amount of papers throughout the year. Yes, almost perfect accounting can be done from only MI papers, but if audited by government, you may have to pay additional taxes.
